A market café will provide affordable prepared foods for sale to the community. An onsite greenhouse faciliates farm-to-table instruction and an additional venue for the college’s sustainable agriculture and horticulture programs.
The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management program at Reynolds is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC). Through a stackable credential model, most students are able to continue working in restaurants and hotels while mastering new skills and gaining steady traction toward an associate degree.
Creating the state-of-the-art facility doubles culinary enrollment capacity, giving more members of our community access to a stable career path.
